1 - أَوَّليّاتُ الدِّين

Ibn ‘Abbās narrated that God’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said to Mu‘ādh when he sent him to Yemen: 1. You shall come upon people who follow earlier revelations.  2.Call on them to declare that there is no deity other than God and that Muhammad is God’s Messenger.  3.If they obey in this, tell them that God has made it a duty binding on them to offer five prayers every day and night.  4. If they obey in this, then tell them that God has made it obligatory that a ṣadaqah is taken from the rich among them and paid to their poor. 5. If they obey in this, then do not touch the best of their property. 6. Guard yourself against a prayer by a victim of injustice, because nothing stops such a prayer from going straight to God.

Ibn ‘Abbâs, dont Allah est satisfait, rapporte que le Messager d‘Allah dit à Mo‘ adh ibn Jabal lorsqu’il l’envoya au Yémen:1 “Tu vas te rendre auprès de Gens du Livre. . 2. Quand tu seras parmi eux, appelle-les à attester qu’il n’y a aucune divinité digne d’adoration qu’Allah, et que Mohammad est le Messager d’ Allah.  3. S’ils obéissent en cela, informe-les qu’Allah leur a prescrit cinq prières à accomplir par jour et par nuit. 4. S’ils t’obéissent en cela, informe-les qu’Allah leur a prescrit une aumône qui sera perçue sur les riches parmi eux pour être redistribuée aux pauvres parmi eux. 5. S’il s t’obéissent en cela, garde-toi de toucher à leurs biens les plus précieux 6. et redoute l’invocation de l’opprimé, car rien ne s’interpose entre elle et Allah. »

Dari Ibnu Abbas رضي الله عنه, beliau menuturkan, Rasulullah ﷺ bersabda kepada Muaz h ketika mengutusnya ke Yaman 1. “Sesungguhnya engkau akan mendatangi kaum Ahli Kitab (Yahudi dan Nasrani). 2. Jika engkau menemui mereka, maka ajaklah mereka untuk mempersaksikan bahwa tiada Tuhan yang berhak disembah selain Allah dan Muhammad adalah utusan Allah. 3. Jika mereka mematuhimu hal tersebut, maka sampaikanlah kepada mereka bahwa Allah mewajibkan atas mereka shalat lima kali sehari semalam. 4. Bila mereka mematuhimu hal tersebut maka sampaikanlah kepada mereka bahwa Allah mewajibkan mereka atas zakat yang diambil dari orang-orang kaya di antara mereka untuk diberikan kepada orang-orang miskin mereka.    5. Jika mereka mematuhimu hal tersebut, maka jangan sekali-kali engkau mengambil harta mereka yang paling baik. 6.Berhati-hatilah terhadap doa orang yang teraniaya, karena tidak ada penghalang antara doanya dengan Allah.” Muttafaq ‘Alaih.

Kutoka Ibn Abbas (r.a) amesema: Amesema Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu rehma na amani ziwe juu yake, kumwambia Mua’dh ibn Jabal wakati alipomtuma kwenda yemen:1. “Hakika wewe utawaendea watu wa kitabu 2. Utakapo waendea, walinganie kwenye shahada wakiri kwa moyo kuwa hakuna mola apasae kuabudiwa kwa haki isipokuwa yeye peke yake, na hakika Nabii Muhammad ni Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu. 3. Ikiwa watakukubalia hilo, basi waeleze kwamba hakika Mwenyezi Mungu amewafaradhishia sala tano mchana na usiku. 4. Ikiwa watakukubalia hilo, basi waeleze kuwa Mwenyezi Mungu amewafaradhishia juu yao, zaka ya mali zao, inachukuliwa kutoka kwa matajiri wao na inapelekwa kwa maskini wao.  5. Ikiwa watakukubalia hilo, basi jiepushe na kuchukua malizao bora zaidi. 6. Na ogopa duwa ya aliye dhulumiwa, kwani hakika hakuna kati yake na Mwenyezi Mungu pazia” . Imepokelewa na Bukhari na Muslimu.
