عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «الطُّهُورُ شَطْرُ الْإِيمَانِ، وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ تَمْلَأُ الْمِيزَانَ، وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ تَمْلَآنِ - أَوْ تَمْلَأُ - مَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ، وَالصَّلَاةُ نُورٌ، وَالصَّدَقَةُ بُرْهَانٌ، وَالصَّبْرُ ضِيَاءٌ، وَالْقُرْآنُ حُجَّةٌ لَكَ أَوْ عَلَيْكَ، كُلُّ النَّاسِ يَغْدُو، فَبَايِعٌ نَفْسَهُ فَمُعْتِقُهَا أَوْ مُوبِقُهَا»
Abu malik Al-Ash'ari narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
1. Purity is half of faith. 2. Praise be to Allah; it fills the scales. 3. Glorification and praise fill what is between the heavens and the earth. 4. Prayer is light. 5. Charity is proof. 6. Patience is illumination 7. The Quran is proof for you or against you. 8. Every person awakens; so, they either redeem or ruin themselves.

Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves.

The scales on that Day will be just. As for those whose scales are heavy: it is they who are the successful (8) But as for those whose weights are light: it is they who have lost their souls by having treated Our revelations wrongfully.
